This place is great! Not only do they provide excellent customer service but the prices are very reasonable. As a 23 year old and fairly new car owner I found the mechanics at AAMCO (especially Allister) very helpful! They really go above and beyond and I am extremely pleased with their services thus far.

Best car care in NH! I recently was stuck on the side of the road with a failed transmission in my 2004 Ford Explorer. I called AAMCO and spoke with the general manager, Jeremy, and he instantly got a tow truck to come get me and repair my vehicle. He alleviated my anxiety, was very empathetic, he treated me differently than other car care shops that I have been to. He kept to his word, diagnosed my vehicle for free, called me with the findings and price - I can happily say that after 4 months of driving with my new transmission, I made the right decision by fixing it with AAMCO. I highly recommend going to AAMCO in Concord, NH for any vehicle repairs that may be needed, especially for a transmission.
I have a 2005 VW TDI Passat Wagon with 150k on it. The automatic transmission developed shifting problems (4th to 2nd downshift) issues that were becoming more frequent over time. My regular shop took a look at the error codes (reporting internal problems) and recommended a rebuild transmission replacement for $5k (!). I took it to AAMCO in Concord for a second opinion. They recommended two options, a rebuilt replacement (for about the same as my shop), or a rebuild of the existing transmission. The rebuild option would take longer, but assuming nothing was terribly broken internally, would be cheaper. I took the option of repairing the existing transmission. I was reluctant at first to trust these guys. I have been around engines all my life and am both a mechanical engineer and electrical engineer and don't suffer fools lighlty. If their answers did not jive with my own experiences, then I would not have continued the process. I interacted with Jeremy Martinson on this effort. Jeremy made some calls to his support techs and told me these transmissions are known for problems at about this mileage and that they have issues with the value body.
Overall service and customer treatment is great Review: I started going to AAMCO of Concord in '07 when I bought a used truck. I had to get the transmission on my dump truck redone and decided to use them because I passed them in Concord so often. They rebuilt the transmission and did quite a bit of other work on my truck from the injector pump to ball joints. I really like the warranties on their work and I feel very comfortable with their overall service and how they treat their customers. I just started bringing my new car there because I was having issues and AAMCO is very versatile with their car knowledge and expertise.
